Everything we guess must be connected to the movie. This isn’t like a “hockey” clue in the regular variant.

Actually, pretty sure the US team back then was all amateur, college players and such - which I think was a rule in the Olympics until the 90s. But I’m sure plenty of them went on to play for the likes of the Leafs and Caps, and maybe that was mentioned in the story.

We need two more for Batman Begins, and I could see compound and sock being those two. Not stadium because no DKR.

Maple and Capital are locks for a hockey clue, but this clue is much more specific. Still might be worth it to guess them.

It’s possible that the 5-clue could also deny compound, since traditional endgame from Nich is n-1 for first on list and unlimited for 2nd on list. BUT, we need five, so this isn’t traditional endgame, and Nich could’ve been more intent on clueing the total number we need (and explicitly denying car) rather than leaving us with ambiguity on whether car was to be skipped or not. It would’ve been tough for us to discern that unlimited was meant to be 4+1, with the 1 being 2nd on the list. That’s layers of meta that I’m fine with ignoring in this situation.
