I'm wary going for cat but I'm more wary having tooth as a backup.

I'd rather either go for a new backup or leave things with a blank slate.

This is such an awful clue if tooth is the assassin that I don't really want to consider that as an option.

I'm fine if you want to leave it off for now though.

I should’ve just stuck with Cake & Loaf and not done the extended title, or tried to find something else for cake/bread.

Zurvan and I both screwed up this game, which was fun in PMs, but not as much fun in the thread.

Hamlet was poison/ghost/court/wake (Ophelia’s funeral)

Then I for some reason forgot I’d already clued (and we’d already gotten) ghost, so I clued it again with Six Feet Under (wake/ghost (the dead talk to the characters in the show at times)/marble (tombstone).

THEN I had the bright idea to clue marble again with lemon by doing a baking clue. I got cute with the long name because I thought it was fun, but the word sweet led you to the assassin (which I knew was a risk, but wouldn’t have been as much of a risk without the extended title).

My bad. Will do better next time.

Sabres live was totally a mistake. I wanted you to skip Buffalo and run the rest of the list, or *maybe* skip slug because of its hockey connection, but fine if you hit it
