notquite(t)here,

Is it your usual playstyle to pop in for a single long post and then not stick around for any followup posting?

alright thoughts as i go from page 1

riki you're triggering me with your sensible naming conventions please consider how others might feel

also i was really was excitied haha

spruce has his weird entrance - nothing strange there

the 'vote' on me because of my name is a joke thats been made many times before - null tell

phoenicks shows up again and suddenly like spruces entrance - mild stench fromt hat one

dr lie (lol) says a whole bunch of nothing and then ends it by voting randomly its a strange psot for sure

all you need to do is make sure your peek is relatively obvious on reread imo

nqt doesn't agree with the fakepeek strat (that is one of the issues with it yes)

spruce - i'm from another site and i just play here now and again. and yes sometimes i do get excitied about games and i like to not piss people off right off the bat

dr lie - the not much has happened thing whislt true (certainly was when i went to sleep) is also something scum seem to love to use as an excuse to not give reads

i like gnawzan's post on the peek thingo

phoenicks posting has been quite bad so far, he seems to have an extreme reliance on rvs to get anywhere, doesn't seem to have much interest in discussing with other players either

dr lie - i post a lot

phoenicks cotinues his random tunnel train

there is no maj so being at l-1 or whatever you guys call it (i don;t play with a hammer offsite or a maj) doesn't matter. plenty of time for votes to change as well

phoenecks post about discussion is lolworthy

i've read a few of lissas posts now, they seem okay, she seems reasonably confident to give reads and discussion and she is certainly more elaborative than she was in that turbo. slower pace i suppose.

i like gnaw snapping at the l1 stuff looks villagery

drlie is reading a bit too much into some of the bios. i clearly don't think i'm the goat but i figured i'd get a laugh out of it

not seen spruce do much hunting so far a lot of game discusssion

asherky has an interesting backflip on me

soah i'd rather not read coloured posts (no I'm not racist i have black friends)

alright im up to about 169

i think this post is large enough i don't want to break the page

Also, ten points for making the first username pun. It was only a matter of time.

I follow up on things, just not always in real time. Is that going to be a problem?

When I posted I liked nick and nolemon's opening votes, I meant I liked why they made them and where, not that even they thought nolynch a wolf (this early, I can't yet know they know, and I don't know). Your site might differ, but my experience is Villagers don't usually plop down an early day 1 vote thinking they've caught a wolf, not with over 24 hours left in the day, but wolves are far more likely to do just that – they know who is Town and who they may want dead. So, yes, I can have it both ways – I can like how they're voting but not think their then immediately leaving without waiting for a reaction isn't the wisest course for Town to follow. Unwelcome stuff can certainly happen behind their vote while away.
i disagree, or at least where i normally play and even here villagers dont care

they'll put a vote down whenever for whatever reasons

its good to do that imo.

If you're a villager I want to be able to clear you and it's easier to do so with fluid discussion than with just catch-up posts.

for example coolkid in the last game

phoenicks i said why if you read that longass post

but to reiterate: seems to rely a lot on randomvoting, doesn't contribute much to discussion on many topics, seems to be content to stay in the background for now

i can't remember if hes done a serious vote

i feel like these two posts are contradicting one another?

Given that you hold this, have you done any research into the playstyles of the other players?

I agree with you on this.

---

Spruce
I like a lot of content to sink my teeth into; players that won't vote make me howl with despair.

---

Kawami, what's sketchy about Mashiii? Help me to see it.

---

Riki, good to have you on board. Why the regrets?

---

Phoenicks, I asked about the 'hypoclaiming' here. Do you really not think it helps scum? If it helps town that much, why don't you want to organise it?

(Also, did you answer this, I didn't see.)
I think her way of voting was bull**** and she just went with the others who voted no lynches. TBH all the reasons people listed when it comes to voting him are bull**** and just an easy vote with minimum suspicion.

Lemon is suspicious to me too

I almost pulled the trigger on a phoenicks vote a couple of times. What do you make of spruce, Gnawazan, and Ashersky? Those are my top four suspects atm. Your catchup post didn't do a lot to really tell me where you're at on most people.

I suppose I explicitly chose to act in a certain way but in the same way a baseball player explicitly chooses to bat right handed every day. I never thought about acting any other way. I'm not playing the way I am to avoid suspicion. I'm playing the way I'm playing because that's how I play.

I have not done research into other players play styles. That would be quite an undertaking and I don't have enough time to do that. But maybe somebody else did, I don't know.

I bring up a lot of things I don't intend on acting on. I brought up the hypocop thing but I never intended on doing it (unless there was a consensus amongst the rest of the players to do it). Even if I'm not planning on acting on a certain idea doesn't mean I can't gain anything from reading what others think about it.

that vote was very obviously a joke (and it didn't even count since it was in color)

Maybe I'm wrong, but you seemed to have a vote down earlier on No Lynches that got missed due to it being posted in red, I think.

i had a thinnish town read on phoenicks for remembering his own read

idk it sounds stupid but he initially voted jrd while saying he had a town read on him, but wanted to get a wagon going (that part was kind of weird tbh)

then nqt asks him why he doesn't like jrd, which is like a factually incorrect question, and phoenicks responds that he doesn't dislike jrd and he was thinking of switching

like if he was scum, given how dumb his initial reasoning was and how wordy this game has been, i feel like him forgetting his original read would be more likely

I don't think people of any role forget their own stated reads with such a frequency that we should actually expect it to happen.
