Could be Bloom County

We can ask if the character is one of the main characters (if so, that lets out Franklin)

We can ask if the strip was single-panel (vs multiple panels)

We can ask if there are five or more main characters who are regularly the focal point of particular strips (yes for Bloom County, no for a lot of others)

can i ask for a clarification on #6?

"Created after 1959" means that the first publication date was January 1, 1960 or later, right?

(because if so, that edges out Asterix by a hair, since his comic was first published in October 1959)
