We all thought smooth was an idiot, but I think the consensus was that he was a clueless villager. I think you picked him because it was the most likely person to get lynched. The village might have talked itself into lynching him because he was being so obnoxious.

It's the way he did it, not the act itself. The Act itself is pretty selfish if he is a villager. If Im not the seer, and I claim seer, the chances of the real seer getting lynched goes up (See Soah's strategy post)

Since getting unbanned, McAvoy has been a big proponent of educating new players to be good villagers and to raise the level of village play in general.

He knows that hardclaiming a wolf peek as a villager is bad play, and he obviously knows that it becomes much worse when he hasn't read the thread and he's just randomly guessing at who might be a wolf.

When he's a villager, perhaps one of his biggest faults is that he lets himself get lynched without trying very hard to save himself.

Do not let him talk his way out of being lynched.

When he does FPS as a villager it is always with a very clear pro-village motive. Everything he has done in this game has been grossly pro-wolf.

He spent most of this post just hammering on smooth. Then there's this line about vyk. I'm thinking it's pretty unlikely that he sees a wolf and a villager going at it violently and then he decides to go after the villager and sort of clear the wolf.
