I have engaged in a wager that will cause me to blaspheme.
Spoiler:
I have to lose net 15 lbs while obtaining fitness goals that will require me to put on prob 10-15 lbs of muscle and I cannot drink the entire time. Has to be completed in 6 months, my $1,000 vs my friends $3,000.

I started Sunday morning so I have not hangingover in a few days, it feels nice

Seriously though good luck with the bet. Don't drink any alcohol, limit your added sugar and pump iron 5 times a week and you got this easy.

Unless you're relatively fatty, then there's gonna be a challenge until you balance out your fat-muscle exchange.

I am 6'2'' and weigh 200lb, I am not a total fatass, but I have not worked out in over a year so I am starting from scratch. Definitely doable, but 0 alcohol for 6 months will be the most challenging as I have 2 bachelor parties in the next 6 months and I pretty much have a drink or two every night after work. $1k is a lot to pay for a beer tho.....

Well, I'm sure you've got a plan or whatever but if you want some suggestions/input...

...the health and fitness forum could probably help but I'd be willing to as well.

tbh wtf??!

I lost 10 kgs, just eatinf 5x a day ****ty healthy small meals and working out 4x a week.

aaaaaa and aaaaaa+ untouched.

Although, pure whiskey with water aside is the best option if you are losing fat.

idk, gl broskie, but 6 months without aaaaaaaa sounds like hell.

I wrestled in HS and then ate paleo and did crossfit in college so I am no stranger to strict health and fitness regimens, its now just about changing habits and getting back on the horse. Plus I ****ing hate losing so there's that.

Not yet, it's just postponed so far.
