Why anonymous? If the company inquires he'll be able to provide proof. Assuming the link above is his employer, seeing as he workds in the financial sector, they might have an issue with a confirmed con man having access to their clients accounts.

It's not libel if you can prove it. I say approach them honestly and provide proof. Besides, he's probably scamming financial information form people as we speak and you'd be protecting people who have invested with them.

I know you got some of your money back, but I don't think closing the thread is the right course of action. This is a guy that has scammed before, and will continue to scam people. The only reason that he is paying you back is because you threatened to contact his employer. This guy is pure scum and I think it's ridiculous that he has a job in the financial sector. He obviously has not learned his lesson, and I find it highly likely that he could be doing immoral things on the job.
