The worst part is feeling like I knew it was gonna happen the whole time.

I'm running at EV too. I've got some big leaks in my game that I gotta fix.

Or you could just assume that anyone posting a 1 day graph in BBV is obviously a scrub that plays at t3z micr0z.
Someone posting a 7BI day and shows it in BB is pretty much a microtard.

Gonna treat my friends to McDonald's and hopefully have enough left over for a few games of laser tag.

It's more about 20+ buyins, plus solid play, plus hand volume.

When you think about the money, it's really nothing. But anyone can win 10k a night playing 10knl. To win 20+ buyins in 20k hands is solid no matter how you look at it... especially if only in a week.

I used to play 1/2nl live and consistently cashout ~$1200-$1800. Some of those nights I played the worst poker of my career... and one hand is so bad that it is permanently ingrained on my memory.

Some fish in late position was raising every hand to 20x ($40) preflop, so I wokeup with AA and limped. 4 other people limped and he limps behind... kinda felt like puking. Flop comes, 44J. I figured, "well, maybe he'll bet anything and if he hit the jack he'll bet... hopefully he doesn't have a 4."

The fish overbets the pot which is somethin like $30. I figured, "he definitely has a jack." Stupid thought, I should have mucked the hand for being an idiot preflop and on the flop. Now I have no idea where I'm at in the hand so like a true donkey, I call.

Turn peels queen, this time he overbets again, $150. We have about $700 behind after his $150... so I figure I'll call and hopefully see a cheap river. Why I figure that is beyond me, it's purely stupid to think a guy that overbets the pot on 2 streets will make a river cheap.

My miracle comes and the A binks on the river. I check, knowing he's going to fire his whole stack- and he checks behind only to reveal J4.

.................................................. ... for ****'s sake.

The thing about this thread is that OP hasn't been torn to pieces. BBV has changed for the worse.

Shouldn't surprise you to hear that 5NL is lightyears more difficult than some of the toughest 1/2 games I've been a part of.

I have the money to play 1/2, but I'm trying to improve my game. I won't learn anything by waiting for 77 to spike a 7 for a $500 pot. 1/2 is one of the reasons why I'm such a ****ty poker player. I feel that if they have 8x more in their stack than their bet, then I always have 8:1 implied odds.

Fact is, in online poker, people don't stackoff with underpairs frequently.
