Lol at some posters thinking Dale did waste Pokerstars support time.
I am pretty sure, for anyone who has worked in any kind of support, this is one of the mail you want to receive once in a while.
And usually when you receive those kind of challenging mail you take it on your personal time and not on the company's.

As a support representative, I would gladly receive those type of mails than thousands from the same type of noobs wasting Stars cause of lag created by tons of malwares/virii they caught surfing porn sites or whatever piece of junk they just installed.

GG OP, at least you know there are human people answering mails and not just people doing tasks.
