I have not read the thread, so things may have changed, but I noticed in the OP that the escrow was also going to be the judge.

Fwiw, if I had been the escrow, I would not have accepted the position of judge as well, for what I think are fairly obvious reasons.

What are those obvious reasons? If the escrow is just a 'dumb' holder of the money and obeys the judge, what's the difference?




Most of the money is on Full Tilt, I'll post a screen shot of BOTH as soon as I get to work.

If I was holding the money, and being paid to do so, I would not wish to risk having my neutrality questioned if I had to make any difficult and contentious decisions as the judge, as well. Judges, referees, umpires, etc, are always supposed to be seen as totally neutral to the bet, case, game, etc, imo.

To be clear, the fee I required was for judging AND escrowing. Frankly both involve time/risk and I obviously believe I'm a high quality judge/escrow.

I'm being paid by both sides regardless of the outcome, so I don't see any issue with neutrality. The two sides negotiated the line for the bet and my fee was applied to both sides equally.

I've already stated clearly that I have no vested interest in the outcome in any way and I can promise my decision making will be made from a neutral position.

Mike - Finally, since this is the written word over the Internet, please understand I don't mind any questioning and I'm happy to post proof that I hold the money I say I do, so don't take my tone as 'HOW DARE YOU QUESTION ME' because that's definitely not how it's intended. Based on our interaction in the prop bet with the scumbag cheating, you should have a good idea how I operate.


Edit - Just got to work, gotta deal with a quick fire, and then I'll post the screenshots. I won't post transaction history with names (to protect the bettors), but I'll see if I can redact that and post that too.

hey. im going to be playing 3-4 shorter sessions per day rather than 1-2 long sessions. instead of posting my total winnings after each session, at the end of each day ill post a graph of what my HEM says and the current top 10 on the leaderboard. hope that helps!

As a reminder, I'm holding $78,750 for the prop bet and $800 for the side bet.

All screenshots are COMPLETELY unedited except for the obvious black boxes over my personal information and people's screen names.






I don't know what the intent of asking for the screenshots was, but I think you can clearly see that I have all the money for the prop + significant money of my own in my accounts. If anyone would like me to sit at a table with these balances, please let me know.

The $3k and $2k cashouts were swaps with a friend unrelated to the prop bet, I left them in for transparency. Those appear in my FTP transaction history as well.






The transfers on 11/10 and 11/12 were left for transparency, but they are completely unrelated to the prop bet or the recent swaps so I removed them.
