An update on the trip

Let's start with the Beat. Sparing the details, I did not lay the girl Her fugly friend was a major cock-block. I did however play it right when it comes to rapport building, sexual flirting, touching, etc. Her and I got along very well. We had a bit of a car break down that prolongigated the evening and gave us a chance to bond some more (and for me to show off my manly problem solving skills). Things actually moved quite forward given the amount of time and given that her fugly friend was a cock-block (Hint: She touched my penis).

Towards the end of the night, said fugly friend was really getting irritated and was whining a lot about getting homeeeeee and wanting her beddddd. So anyways, the tone has been set and it is at least intact that we shall meet again either at our respective cities, or somewhere in between. But just me and her this time. (Read: Accumulated booty-equity). Ie: Variance.

After her and fugly friend left and car problems were fixed, the car rental company agreed to pay for the hotel, 2 nights + the food and gave me free rental. So I drove off to Niagara Falls, and this happened:

(Brag). The original buy-in was $500 and this was during a 2 hour session! It all started with me squeezing all in for $445 out of the straddle with 4-4 against a raise and two calls and an arrogant monkey that called it off with KJs.

I was restless. Had a $7,400 parlay going on with one game to go. St. Louis Under 7.5. The score was 1-0 after 5 for the home team and life couldn't be any better. It was absolutely perfect. After L.A. put up 4 runs in the top of the 6th, I am texting my friends bitching about my horrid luck. The score goes to 5-1 and I take a break from Poker to sweat the game on phone, outside in the rain. It was almost a sin to leave that game so profitable it was. 45 minute later, Gamecast reads: 5-2 Bottom of the 9th inning, runner on 2nd, 1 ball, 3 strikes, 3 outs. I can still feel the rush of liquid nitrogen being release from the back of my brain from those two sets of three red dots. The rain all of a sudden smelled better. It was heaven in Niagara Falls.

I return to my seat and witnessed a couple of crazy bluffs by a guy who has $1700+. The table shark seem to have stacked the two table fish. The game seemed risky. Nothing at all like the loose-passive game I left. So I insta rack up. I ask the floor manager to refund me $7 session fee as I missed 45 minutes. After a bit of arguing about "not getting the service" for 45 minutes, he obliged. The dude to my right (down 6 BI's already) was like are you serious? I'm like **** yea bitch, some people have to work a whole day to earn that kind of money in some parts of the world.

TL;DL cliffs:

-Didn't lay girl. Got cockblock by her fugly friend.
-Set up good vibe for next time.
-Won a $7,400 baseball parlay.
-Had a nearly +$2800K session at 2/5 NL without doing anything spectacular.
-Asked for a $7 session fee refund.
-Had hotel and car paid for by car rental company.
-Almost kept my word about bragging about my next "10K upswing" and "laying the girl" (didn't deliver)

Next up: Underground game before leaving town. Will keep BBV posted.

... At one particular location. Is that good? That's 41.5BB/hr. That's before expenses, allocated gas, food, hotel, etc.

After expenses I have $197/hr.

... And if you eliminate the rake ($14/hr), that would give us *drumrolls* $222/hr.

19*14 = $266 that I have given to these people towards the rake. This would've been over $800 had I been playing at one of those $14 max rake ($42/hr avg).

You're right about the latter.

You're very much mistaken here about the former.

You're value to the company will keep you safe only until they find someone who produces equal or more value with a better work ethic.
