You could rent a finca in Ibiza or Majorca, although these isles are full of people there are plenty of remote places and beaches there. You can head over to Barcelona from there with the ferry. When you go to the beach with the car in Spain always leave it open. That way pickpockets can check there's nothing of value in there and won't bother you. Everyone does it like that.
