BBV Confession thread 2009 - Poker Beats Brags and Variance

After such a successful BBV confession thread started by adanthar I figured I'd start a new one after a request for a new e-mail address.

The old thread can be found here.

Rules are, send any confession you want but anything REALLY explicit or blatant levels aren't gonna get posted. You can create a fake e-mail address if you want, but I don't have the time to find out who's e-mail it is. If what you are posting is pretty illegal, I suggest creating a fake e-mail just in case.

The e-mail to send to is bbvconfess@hotmail.com

when I was five I stole a plastic figurine of the Cardinals Mascot from a grocery store. Thats the only time I have ever stolen anything and I felt bad about it for a long time

I was a rare coin scammer on ebay and yahoo for 6 years. I got morals and quit, but then so many people copied my idea that ebay had to make a a rule specifically prohibiting my scam.

Um...one time i was taking care of business with myself and got a bloody nose in the middle of it, but finished anyways and had to take a shower cuz i was such a mess.

I cut myself a bunch when i was 18 and told all my friends i got jumped. I was a drug addict/idiot at the time.

Yep thats why I stopped doing. In my defence what I did was legal, and I paid back the people that I took for a lot of money, and i definitely didn't have to.

But yeah, scummy. I was a scumbag though so what can I say.

This one was, and still is legal. There is a lot of subjectivity in valuing coins, and I took advantage of a certain weak area. If you judge right and wrong by the law, which I did at the time, then I did absolutely nothing wrong. But if you judge it by a higher standard such as religion, then it becomes wrong. I got religion, so started living by a higher standard. Blah blah blah lets hear some more confessions.

Oh yeah, when I was 16 I stole about 3k from burger king over about 3 month period. I wouldn't ring up some peoples drinks and kept track of the extra money in the register and pocketed $20 everytime it added up to that.

No excuses there, I just didn't give a crap.

That 3k how i got bankrolled for the coin thing. Nice way to start off making money in life huh.

oh...and the building doubled as the ROTC home base, so I was woken up by a female rotc chick.

ha I forgot this one. When I was 7 we moved into this new place and I found a pic of a naked shemale in the garage torn out of a magazine or something. I had never seen a naked girl or anything before so I thought chicks had dicks until I was 12 and found out the truth in a very embarrasing discussion with a girl I had a crush on, involving where she had gotten some gum stuck in the bath and I just couldn't figure out where.
