Thank you my Kiwi friend! That does mean much to me coming from you.

I do it for the community - I'm not the craziest or the richest but I do it the best I can within my means and I really do enjoy sharing with the 2+2 community and giving the perspective and story of an LA area native who made a tiny dent (but dent nonetheless) in Hollywood and has moved into the music industry from screenwriting

In 2015 I had a couple of issues with LVL posters who are LV residents and I almost stopped doing TRs but enough people like them I've kept doing them and tried to make them better every time.

I'm actually moving to Houston 🤔 I lived in summerlin and loved it. Safe, quiet, and very developed. Depends on if you want to be close to the strip though. Summerlin is probably 25 minutes depending on traffic. If you're looking at Henderson/green Valley you should check out southern Highlands. There's also some new apt complexes on the south end of the 15 that look nice
