is there a deduction for spending ironman medals for the cash bonus on ftp? how about buying the tournament tokens with ironman medals?

also, i understand there is a deduction for spending ftp points at the store, but is there also a deduction for spending ftp points to enter into tournaments? like if you spend 11k points to enter a tournament, or 2k points or whatever?


basically what i want to know is can i use my points and my ironman medals without being charged at all?
