Alright, weird second round is over, time for the Seahawks to ship a few more all-world defenders.

Surprised that Martavis Bryant, Keith McGill and Dakota Dozier weren't taken yesterday.

Also the Chiefs have surprised me in a good way with both of their picks. Was hoping they would address the defense, and they picked Ford and Gaines, not really their top needs position-wise. But I think they got great players, and that's really more important than positional need.

Interesting landing spots for the RB yesterday. Other than Sankey, none of them are starting.
Hyde - committee in SF
Hill - behind Gio
Mason - behind Stacy?
McKinnon - ADP backup
West - backup to Tate
Sims - backup to Martin

Carey, Seastruck possibly best avail today.

Still digesting some of this stuff, sorry for liveblog. I wasn't around to discuss any of this yesterday.

Love Matthews to the Eagles, oh yes.

Lee & Robinson to Jags is hot as well.

WTF are the Browns doing not taking a WR? Weren't they expected to take one early even with no news about Gordon? Was there a good riverman meltdown yesterday?

bruce is so smooth. played basketball his freshman year, no football. football and basketball next two years and then only football this year. never got in any trouble off the field to my knowledge (doubt he had lots of time). is an absolute stud. came up big every play that we needed him

vic hampton is pretty raw right now but is gonna be pretty good imo. probably a well deserved 4-5th rounder but i can imagine he will be a good pro for a long time

Don't really know anything about the guys the Packers took and reviews I've read gave the Packers a mediocre Day 2 rating. But hey, in Ted I trust.

From what I've read, Davonte Adams seems like a great fit for GB. Sounds like he knows what the hell he's doing, has good hands, and runs good routes. Cool.

I've read Thornton is a reach, but I've also read nice things about his strength and tenacity - Packers need that up the middle. Despite off-field issues, I've read that his attitude on the field was really good, so that's a plus.

Richard Rodgers does seem like a reach, but apparently, aside from lack of top-end speed, he's a solid, all-around TE. Soft hands, precise routes, and has the ability to block. I think the Packers TE needs are overblown, but it seems like this kid might be able to contribute. Don't know about taking him in the 3rd, though.

I'm neither overjoyed nor upset.

Draft scout has him as their 12th best OT prospect. Come on Skins pick this guy up!
I heard he will be the #1 overall pick in the upcoming CFL draft.
Is that better than being a 4th rounder in the NFL? Which pays better?

I'm not sure but you would think whoever drafts him will have talked to him about his intentions before they pull the trigger.

wasn't telvin smith projected as like a 2nd rounder? I feel like multiple mocks had him going to the vikes at 40.

Right, that's why I was wondering.

At what point is it not worth drafting him in the NFL if he will choose the #1 overall CFL money instead?

Guess I am gonna have to suit up for the Lions secondary. Apparently they think it has not been a problem for forever.
