Also, FWIW there was a situation related to the pool last year in which money was owed and didn't get paid for months and looked at times like it wasn't ever going to happen. It didn't directly involve tdomeski, but he certainly knew of the problem - to the point that I was asking him for advice on how to handle it. Given that whole issue, his failure to escrow properly here really surprises me.
