I loved the part in the CK pod where bill randomly interrupts the discussion of March madness to remind everyone that the celts beat the Warriors. Just total non-sequitur.

Not to mention simba's "why would I pray to God to help my team, he's got better things to do" right after his "well if you say certain things a cosmic diety will torpedo your season, I totally believe that" schtick.

this was good, although at parts i was left wondering where some of the information had come from. it reminded me of the MJ piece from a couple of years back, which unsurprisingly was written by thompson too.
