But is there anyone here in SE who takes more flak than Karak? Everyone loves to pile up on him and mindlessly rehash the same old personal jokes that are extremely old and not all that funny anymore, and then people are surprised when he tweaks?

I'm not saying he's a saint or anything but ffs, people mercilessly push his buttons here and now you chide him for getting fed up.

Yeah pretty much. Don't get the hate either, I figured people were just having fun with him or otherwise trolling for sport.

for crying out loud. once we get robot baseball umps and robot lawyers, 2p2 will be karak's only refuge and livelihood. until then, there's no need to go easy on him.

Well I definitely get what T was saying. It's tough to walk the line between funny self-deprication and emo sap on here. I try to have fun with that stuff here (hockey regs know what I'm talking about) but it's pretty easy to slip into awful posting taking that approach, so I get it.

I dunno, in his case, the reactions just look a little too slanted to me. Maybe I'm wrong.

wwhoaaaa im grunching every reply because i honestly dont want to see them but that was a hudge overreaction last night (this morning?) obviously. this is why we sleep. back to your regularly scheduled fingerbanging.

and yeah i do take lots of ****, some of it deserved, some of it undeserved, but im always operating under the assumption we're all having fun together. when people all start suddenly jumping out of that scene, start being serious and then avalanche on me it's gunna get to me if you catch me in a sleep deprived state.

I've always thought this was the case. Worth noting that Karak is FAR more good natured about taking **** than most if not everyone else on here.
