Holy **** no! You don't actually do it, I said it was a skit, like a little comedy thing. There have been some really funny skits people have done on youtube that are fake TCaP types of things, this one is the best:

So I was thinking of a similar sort of vid where two guys are trying to meet Hansen or something and instead of finding him they keep ending up at girls houses and getting in trouble.

A lot of states have laws on the books to allow for charges if the person genuinely believes they're talking to a young girl and therefore would be breaking the law. It's a sort of legal grey area right now really. Some of the first TCaP's ended up with all parties getting released without charges (although one guy killed himself later).
