If Hochuli's crew is considered the NFL's best then I'd like to see the worst. They called the Packers-Vikings game a couple weeks back and were terrible. Illegal touching by who? Just awful.

afaik after the qb is out of the pocket the receivers become blockers and you can touch them. don't think kaep was out of the pocket on that play but i can't remember now.
