That is correct.

The explanation that he spoke with the Russians in a different capacity is exactly the kind of lying I am entirely fed up with in my career. His defense is essentially that if you had asked him the question more narrowly, about specifically that capacity, rather than more broadly as they did, well then of course he would have taken his obligation to testify truthfully seriously and disclosed the information. But he wasn't asked, you see. Gotcha!

Even though he was specifically asked in a general way in order to require disclosure. It's perjury.

Any chance of prosecution? Seems like a surefire conviction.

It's really infuriating that the entire world has allowed it to progress to this point. The entire Kim family should have just been massacred at any point in the last 20 years when if would have been much easier to do it.

Because it sets an awful ****ing precedent. Obama/Democrats have set a lot of awful precedents that no one gave a **** about because he's a good guy and had good intentions. But the president isnt always going to be a good guy.
