Thumbup. This imbecile is going to commit an impeachable offense monthly if not weekly. While the FHA thing is indeed a big middle finger to his constituency, it is hard to get too worked up about making it slightly more expensive for people who buy houses with 3% down.

I think I've pontificated my positions pretty clearly on this site for years. It feels like my positions are always grossly misrepresented and that kind of sucks but it probably has a lot to do with my aspyness and ******ation.

The time to get MAD about this is going to be when he inevitably announces a similar benefit a few weeks or a month from now, or however long form now it is, and then takes credit for being an advocate for the middle class.

When what really happened was he ****ed them over for a few weeks or a month or however long from now it is, so that he could take credit for helping them on his timeline, with the result being more expensive houses for them for whatever the gap period is.

Also, I guess one should point out the cynicism involved in doing that within minutes of assuming office. The very people he claims to want to help, he harms (mildly), immediately, knowing they're too dumb and gullible to get it anyway. Which is the same as it ever was - "I love the poorly educated!" - and same as it will ever be unless people make explaining this kind of **** to his supporters in a way they can and will grasp a massive priority, and found non-profits for that purpose, etc.

As an aside, I'm founding one.
