These are both bad opinions and you should both feel bad (although Cornboy did fine otherwise). There is nothing redeemable about Jessica, certainly not compared to the talent that is still in the house. Aneesa is probably the only more repulsive female remaining, unless frumpy Stuart Scott lesbian lookalikes are your thing.

I actually don't understand the context of the Laurel comment but voting her down just feels wrong.

i started forming the opinion that jessica is one of the worst cast members OAT during the real world portland and she has done nothing but solidify that since coming on the CHALLENGE. she is totally worthless. she is the equivalent of jonna but probably has a shelter she can return home to after she inevitably gets annihilated in an elimination round.

I always lol at how deregatory being a rookie is to these people.

its just good strategy to vote in a rookie to make em PROVE HIMSELF instead of setting up a possible zach/ct showdown to get one of them out of your way

I love Laurel, but watch that video. STOCK WATCH includes their off field behavior, Laurel may have herself a drug problem. I haven't been jarred that badly since Jessie Spano got hooked on caffeine.

Laurel's youtube channel isn't bad. Can't lie, watched all the videos of her dancing around.

i will never understand the "put the rookie in" reasoning. However, i think one thing people are forgetting is that some of these players are friend (on the show and in real life). people dont want to vote real friends in (unless your frank).

I mean, it's a circle jerk essentially. These idiots all talk about strategy and then literally never vote in the toughest players. The odds those people win a challenge and vote you in directly as retribution are way lower than them just flat out losing in the elimination.

I wonder if they make them take a Wonderlic during the CHALLENGE combine and then kick out anyone who scores more than 20.

True, but I still think fear of retribution is a useful tool. Being spiteful or at least projecting the possibility of spite can prevent people from voting in your direction. If they know that you know it's all part of the game and won't take it personally then they would be more willing to make that vote.

It's all part of the assessment of risk and why n00bs are universally agreed-upon targets. The whole "he has to prove himself" thing is just a red herring. The real issue is that n00bs have no clout. In just two challenges though Jordan is quickly establishing himself as both crazy and a strong competitor so he's removed the target from his back about as quickly as possible.

Putting the rookies in is just a zero accountability vote

If rookies know this and they should then they should go in from the go, guns a blazing, ruffling feathers, trying to make alliances and simply not giving a ****. It's a better strategy than sitting there and waiting for your number to be obviously called. And I will give Bananas credit he tried to explain to everyone what they truly should be doing with their votes and then realized it was a lost cause and it'd probably back fire and put a target on his back, especially if he goes at it alone trying to put stronger players in elimination. Imagine if he said CT's name and he was the only one, CT would never forget it and no one wants to add fuel to that fire. Now that I think about it some of these rookies have proven themselves more than some of these vets, hell I feel like Bananas rarely if ever has been in an elimination in the past 5 years.

ummm, he's been in the two most recent eliminations to produce GOAT Challenge moments: Chooo-chooo and Bananas Backpack, then he beat Mark Long in the last Exes elimination and in Ruins he had to wrestle a rope away from Dummy Bear.

Veterans understand more episodes equals more screen time, which increases chances for more promotional money during the offseason, as well as being invited back. It's an unspoken bond they have which makes it easy to use rookie as an excuse.

Everyone has to go in at some point I get that and yes we know he's had some memorable ones, I was referring to being tested earlier in a sense, the way the rookies or less "in circle" players constantly are. Seeing some GOAT early round eliminations with a few of these seasoned players would be awesome.

Yeah these people aren't getting to the destination and thinking straight game theory. A lot of them have promotional stuff together back home and/or just are more friendly with people they've done Challenges with before. It is always easier to just do the copout thing and vote off the newest person as long as it isn't someone like Jordan or Zach.

Most of the cast now is on the "new" end anyway
