Bananas in his interview said the problem with Ninja Natalie is she has no personality, no clue how to make good TV. She's basically the female Landon.

He's clearly out of touch because i'm sure if they did a poll that most people would want her back as appose to like 90% of the female cast on currently. Even Landon was great for the fans. I mean is anybody here even enjoying the whole Paulie vs Kyle rivalry? Cause i'm over it.

I do think superior girls hurt pair seasons though. Like when Kenny got Laurel as a partner in FM2. So he gets to act like a total badass that season cause he knows Wes alliance is useless in that format.

Ditto for Paulie this season getting Ninja Natalie.

I feel like Natalie is short even by the standards of this show.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Dee was stronger than her in terms of total lifting numbers, but Natalie is obviously off the charts when it comes to body weight/functional strength

Ya I am of the opinion that any time you have the chance to throw a big team in that you want out of the game, you should do it. Nothing is a lock and there are puzzle games all the time to jack up the variance.

Maybe Wes thinks there is a decent chance they won't run the final as pairs or there will be a swerve?

So if Ninja/Paulie are cool with him and won't throw him in, then go after UK people who will throw him in. He probably just wants to last as long as possible and figure the rest out when it is time.

Also seeing ropes and four piles of sandbags, I’d think at that point you realize that sending in Paulie and Natalie is a futile effort

Shocked he was so awful at this event. A number of cast members seemed like they’d be built for the competition, utterly failed this event. Technique was more important it seems than pure strength.

It seemed like the most successful people were the ones who kept their legs from dragging on the ground. Holding on becomes much tougher when your legs are scraping against the ground.

it was also really high variance though, especially only doing it once. slip up for a split second and it’s over. I’m sure Natalie would still be a huge favorite if they ran that comp again

bear is GOAT and turbo is GOAT. I actaully really like georgia and feel sorry for her lol, she seems too nice or brainwashed by bear for this show.

Also, Nany still Nanying, and since she hasnt been on in a while its hilarious.

Two strategy ideas from this previous episode:

- if Georgia wanted to save Bear from going into elimination, she needed to nominate Pauli/Natalie. That would’ve put the pressure on Wes whether or not to risk a stalemate vote (would have been 3 votes Paulie and 2 votes to Bear with Wes to go). Voting order matters and these people don’t even consider it.
- since the elimination required both teams to get 40 bags across, there was no incentive for the boys to finish as fast as possible. Should the guys have been taking less bags and prolonging the amount of turns they needed to finish? Since this was a forearm challenge, giving your woman partners more normal rests in between rounds might’ve kept them fresher. Idk.

edit: Now that I read the piece, I don't really agree with Kareem's criticism of Bananas or Ashley obviously. Everyone is taking the money in that spot unless you are very good friends with the other person. Not sure why he finds that to be a character flaw.

I do agree with him that there is more personal branding on the show now for stuff outside of the show so to speak and it makes a lot of the drama more contrived.

Kam might be a beast at eliminations but she's not great at logic. "You nominated me but then when you could have thrown me in you threw in someone else, so I'm gonna keep that in mind and go after you."

These guys need to start throwing in some big names & stop going for the weakest team.

There really are no layups left. Leroy and Amanda had by far the weakest teams and now they've both been purged.

All pretty good teams going forward. Should be interesting.
