When people say it would have been a better fight 2 years ago they really mean Manny would have had more of a chance when he was all drugged up on testosterone and probably EPO.

Floyd hasn't lost ****. Marcos Maidana is an incredible fighter and he had nothing the second fight. Manny is still the clear number 2 in the world even at a lesser clean version of himself but that doesn't make the fight 2 years late.

No ****. What is your point?

I get that anything can happen, but that doesn't mean betting on FMJ here is a losing proposition. FWIW, if this fight had happened 2-3 years ago, my money would be on Pac.

Offshore sports books used to have an "if" line and mayweather was like -150 to -200. That was basically over the last 5 years. Now he's -250 ish

Taishan. 7 foot tall, 280 pound Chinese boxer. He started as a kickboxer but switched over to traditional boxing.

He's about as raw as they get and has only fought two fights against complete tomato cans. Here's what he looks like:

He's 26 and has no amateur boxing experience. Obviously the ceiling is a bit limited but if he's at his peak he could have a shot post-Klitschko.

When I see an unproven giant of a man like that, it reminds me of this:

All boxers are unproven at some point.

And most never end up proving themselves

How about that Solis today? Didn't see the fight, but read about it. Lol.

Solis looked like he hadn’t trained at all for the fight, as he had rolls of fat on his midsection

So who here will go on record saying that Manny is gonna beat Floyd?

I got Floyd by wide unanimous decision. If he fought Manny five years ago, I might have thought otherwise. Manny has lost a lot of power and his speed has faded quite a bit. Floyd may have gotten slower, but is still much faster than Manny.

Feed him Quigg then keep him away from Rigondeaux for as long as possible.

Frampton-Rig would be great. Rig really deserves to fight someone like that. Also think Quigg-Frampton will be a nice spectacle in the U.K. and a decent fight when it happens but yeah gotta like the jackal in that one

What sort of venue do u think Frampton Quigg can fill?

Quigg doesn't have a fan base yet, Frampton does. Quigg's career is pretty lol atm. Eddie Hearn doing a really really bad job with him.

If they fight it should be on this side of the Irish sea. Not to sure about the North but could get a decent size crowd at The Aviva or Croke Park.

No chance they fight in Dublin, ffs outdoor at the Titanic is 10x more likely and that's never happening again.

Ravenhill got a mention last night.
