have seen that the caps are complete trash these days, constantly getting their asses kicked, but only just noticed how ovenchicken's dropped off. minutes have fallen a little, shot attempts and shooting % at a career low, and as a result only has 16 goals on the season. only 56 behind gretzky's goal record, which seemed inevitable at one point, but now? it'll take at least 2 more seasons at this rate, maybe more if he keeps slipping ... he's 38.5 years old rn. is he gonna get there after all? will he just keep going even if it takes 3-4 years of powerplay clappers? might as well i guess

his drop off has been considerable imo, think i've only played him like 2x all year and he was a staple in my lineups leading up to this season

I certainly wouldn't pin my expectations based on what I'm betting. Unless you take the other side of course.

Actually have been treading water for a while. Last week I made 33 hockey bets and lost $31 bucks. So far this week I'm up $33 on 7 bets.

Rangers +105 at Leafs -125
So Vegas likes your team tonight. I'll probably lay off this one but it's early.

devils fire lindy ruff and replace him with one of his assistants for "a spark".

wouldn't it be better to find someone outside of the organization for "a spark"? they're 8 points out of the final playoff spot.

idk who is out there and available but just seems like a weird plan imho.
