Not much out there you gotta pay.
Ya thin pool this year and cap rise too, so have to pay more I would think.

Is it me, or are teams overpaying this year?
he's someone who screams potential star if he just figures it out

Can you tell me how either the Leafs or Oilers got better than last years team ?

Tanev signs with Utah. You can't have nice things.

Tanner Pearson!!! Ha. OK, can we get the Russian Telegin? He's retired. This is so good for the Jets. They have to sign Ehlers.

What's a Cole Koepke?

Kings get Armia. LA seems to be loading up.

Nate Schmidt getting paid. Would have looked good on The Oilers.

Apparently what held the Bruins back last year was a shortage of terrible bottom sixers

Biggest LOL is 4×4.5 for Ceci though

kangz looked like they had something going there for a minute with their rebuild, but losing to the loilers over and over broke their brains i guess. kind of understandable

oh just now, looking like more have to do trades

Brad Treliving says the free agent pool is looking “thinner and thinner” when it comes to replace the hole at the top six spot with Marner out. Sounds like having cap space and the possibility of a trade down the road may be the play for them.

Pretty much, HAHA.

Also, Bob McKenzie is retiring. He has been doing his thing for TSN for a long time.

Bob has retired many times. He'll be back for various segments, same as now.

Not sure what's left to trade honestly. Especially given ~ everyone else also looked at this FA market and said guess we're gonna do trades. Bruins could've probably gotten some assets for mid players if they'd zigged while everyone zagged.

More before the season or once it started, but there's big talk right now about getting Kadri back in Toronto.

Unpopular opinions:

Matias Maccelli might be a cheap and nice Mitch Marner substitute for Leafs. Obviously not as talented but could be good for them.

Pietrangelo being gone is gonna be more impactful than Marner being there for VGK.

Mangiapane to Oilers, Toronto misses again, I think not many want to come here now.
