not much you can do in-season. you're not gonna get anyone good without handing out a 3-5 year contract, and yeah who is even available right now? firing ruff is the "spark". probably won't work unless they really hated him glgl

I think I align with this.

Missing Severson and Hamilton has hurt their D pretty bad. Jackie Boy missing a lot of games hurt. Their goaltending hasn’t been good at all, which is at least somewhat related to the D issue, and Timo Meier has not been what they have paid him to be.

None of this likely Lindy’s fault but, they hope for a spark…The NHL Thread

Dickinson kept up his blistering goal scoring run tonight to help the Blackhawks win as a +240 dog. Ugh Coyotes btw...they are on an even worse run of results than VGK.

i thought everyone was doing a scaled back show these days because of how anticlimactic trade deadline has become, but looks like tsn is doing 9 hours of coverage and sportsnet is doing 7? wild

Good point. Then it'll be Boston that returns the favour and scores in OT in game 7 in round 2.
They are masters of taking games into OT and it's not 3 on 3 in the playoffs.

I like it they need some one who can actually play defense right now.

alec martinez was put on the IR today for an "undisclosed" injury. my guess is the "undisclosed" injury = playing s***ty. wouldn't be surprised if IR gets upgraded to LTIR at some point.
