This has nothing to do w/ the Sharks outplaying and outworking the Wings over those games forcing the Wings into taking penalties right? Your team is gonna take more penalties when they are chasing their opponent around the ice and not able to sustain puck control over decisive periods of time.

If the Wings don't get a 3:1 penalty advantage, the wangwagon cries foul.

Here's the catch... when the Wings possess the puck through most of the game, they draw more penalties than take. Opposite is true when they are chasing like last night. This is true for almost every game.

It doesn't exactly help that the Sharks are also bigger and stronger than the WANGZ. Naturally, the WANGZ players are going to have to try to find ways to get around that size disadvantage. That's going to result in plenty of penalties.

plus one. a lot of the penalties are taken because the sharks are working harder, skating faster, and owning territorially. The wings are lazy and have to resort to taking penalties to prevent scoring chances.

At the last RW game I went to there was a ~55 year old lady sitting directly in front of me. She was wearing a jersey signed by Yzerman/Nick/Draper and a bunch of other names I couldn't quite make out. I couldn't believe she didn't have it in a glass case let alone to be wearing it to a game with a bunch of drunk *******s eating hot dogs and drinking beer directly behind her.

Does everybody remember TheInsomniacReviewer, the guy who posted all of those ridiculous videos saying there was a conspiracy to help the Penguins against the Wings when Detroit had most of the powerplays? I checked his channel today and for some reason he has nothing bad to say about the refs against the Sharks, and that includes last year where the Sharks had a large PP advantage and most other WANGZ fans were crying.

ya i guess it matters who signs it and stuff. also i guess some fans dont think about selling there jerseys someday but like in that example AIOTT mentioned that lady is lighting thousands on fire id imagine by wearing the jersey and not have it in pristine condition.

I don't really ever get autographs, never been into it but I don't think I would wear a jersey signed by someone like yzerman.....not with the amount of jersey I own

I do have a guitar strap signed by john scofield that I use constantly tho so who knows
