Ovechkin will add multiple more Hart trophies to his case by the end of his career. It was clearly a dangerous hit, and after all is said and done, these two games really aren't going to matter.
I hate how people are like "you shouldn't care, it's about winning the cup". No **** you ******s, but they're not mutually exclusive. Call me greedy, but I want everything. I want Ovechkin to win the Richard, Ross, Hart, even with missing just about 12 games. Why? Because **** you, that's why. He's been the best player, noone argues otherwise. Three straight Harts is history, and it matters. I don't even wanna talk about "by the end of his career", because tomorrow's not guaranteed, much less years in the future. He has an opportunity,
right now, to win a 3rd, and I want it to happen. How can you hate on me for that?
