Nay, almost everyone goes out this way. His legacy is a firm foot in the HOVG.

Also, what are you trying to prove? I understand Ben gets sacked more than Brees.

I do think he was underrated for most of his career, but he didn't just go out looking bad and sucking at times. he went out not giving a ****. I think that sticks with him.

Brees hasn't gotten sacked much over his entire career. This year is noticeable different from the rest of his career. Big Rape has been getting sacked a ton his entire career. Pitt hasn't had a terrible o-line every year since 2004.

The reason why people say he's getting sacked a ton because his ol sucks is because he hasn't spent his entire career getting sacked just under 10% of the time like Big rape.

I see what you mean. Meh. He's always been aloof. I doubt he stopped caring or trying.

Yeah pretty sure there's been a ton of new info on the bills since week 1, so it's pretty obvious your argument is just about the dumbest thing ever.

iggy, what did you do? Just put teams into a random number generator for that mess of a list?

Eagles, Saints and Pats inside the top 4? LOL come on bro. Also, there is no way the Broncos aren't 31 or 32 as long as Tebow is starting.

Patriots obviously have to be above Steelers since they were just favored over them by 3 on the road, and the Steelers are 3.5 point favorites over the Ravens this week. Why don't you like them in the Top 4?

Lions win over KC looking better? Or not really applicable because this is a 'different' KC team?

They are horrible defensively and shouldn't be ranked above the team that just completely beat them down.

This is dumb. Ben is in his age 29 season. Brees is in age 32 season.

These are probably going to be Ben's very best years. Brees might already be on the decline.

Yet they have ~= career ANY/A.

Brees gets credit for volume but he's also played almost all of his career with outstanding protection in perfect home conditions (and in warm-weather divisions) and the bulk of his career with a great playcaller. Plus he's already probably played his peak.

Yeah, a one possession game is such a "beatdown" that you should reevaluate your opinions of the team by 6 points in Week 8 of the season. LOL @ you.

They've had a below-average to terrible line beginning in 2006.

Hartings, Marvel, and Simmons all fell apart physically and Faneca was in serious decline.

Ben had two seasons with a + OL.

OK, so they outgained them by 1.2 YPP at home. And you think this proves your point how? If you wanna make a side bet, I'd be willing to put down a very large sum that the Pats are favored by at least 3.5 if they play the Steelers at home in the playoffs or are dogs of no more than 2.5 if they play in Pittsburgh.

Chiefs in first place lol, how? They played incredibly bad to start the season. Get yer popcorn ready for the division race. Very interested to see how Palmer looks next week - my hunch, awful.

Chiefs have a brutal schedule. Chargers WIL is endless. Raiders were the best team... now who knows.

tarheels,
I posted this in the Vikings thread, but I think Ponder's best throw all day was an incompletion on a deep post to Shiancoe in double coverage.

lol at declining at 32. regardless, roeth takes a ton moar hits than brees and has rape equity for suspension. or death equity for lol driving. if anyone else had rape's history i would expect them to have far less seasons than brees going forward but rape has proven indestructible thus far.

Saints have been awful lately in case you haven't been paying attention. They are one team in the dome and a different one on the road. Should've lost in Carolina. How are they in the top 5?

And why does nobody believe the Lions are legit, blows my mind. Got lucky against Dallas but every other win is legit. Two very close losses. Top 5 type offense, top 5 type defense. 5+5=10th best team?
