as #2 receiving options go, olsen really isn't that bad. he's just criminally underutilized and has been pretty much his whole career. at this point he's probably better than old steve smith (which is problem)

Your most likely reaction would be "Yea, thats a reasonable expectation of the Broncos in those 7 games." Sure the 5-2 record may be slightly disappointing since they lost 2 games by a combined 6 points, but it'd still be a fairly reasonable expectation for Denver.

edit: None of this excuses the Arizona loss, and obviously thats why I don't think they're as good as a team like the Broncos.

In games against common opponents, Denver is 5-0 +85 pts and KC is 5-0 +78 pts.

Among non common ones, Denver has 2 blowout home wins and a loss at Indy. KC has 2 close home wins and 2 easy road wins.

everyone is learning 1 by 1 that 1 week 17 game against a 2nd and 3rd tier roster with an elite offense does not change the fact that he's horrible

Seriously though, Cam needs to do a better job with his finesse throws. When he guns it in there on slant routes, etc and lafell or smith drops it, its not all his fault. Last week was better, but he still overthrows the ball a ton. I thought lafell had a solid game, with the exception being the fumble that was miracled right back into his hands.
