as #2 receiving options go, olsen really isn't that bad. he's just criminally underutilized and has been pretty much his whole career. at this point he's probably better than old steve smith (which is problem)

In other words, if you were told that the Broncos would be playing vs Sea, @Buff(with healthy QBs), vs NYG, @Min, vs STL, @TB, and vs ATL in the next 7 weeks and someone told you they would:

lose by 5
lose by 1
win by 38
win by 25
win by 15
win by 18
win by 24

Your most likely reaction would be "Yea, thats a reasonable expectation of the Broncos in those 7 games." Sure the 5-2 record may be slightly disappointing since they lost 2 games by a combined 6 points, but it'd still be a fairly reasonable expectation for Denver.

edit: None of this excuses the Arizona loss, and obviously thats why I don't think they're as good as a team like the Broncos.

Richie incognito quoting Churchill and Buddha reminds me of that amazing osis post that attributed "bulletproof glass tints when I want some ass" to Ghandi.

In games against common opponents, Denver is 5-0 +85 pts and KC is 5-0 +78 pts.

Among non common ones, Denver has 2 blowout home wins and a loss at Indy. KC has 2 close home wins and 2 easy road wins.

I mean were basically on the same page but when you stop conveniently throwing out the arizona loss i think the 5-10 range becomes a lot more reasonable than the 2. range.

There isn't really any point engaging KC homers at this point. Their next game is @ Denver, after which they will go away for a while only to return just in time for the inevitable playoff curb stomping.

KC homers seem pretty realistic about their team so far, at least here

i think my favourite part of this Incognito thing is that the only people backing him don't want their name attached:

ESPN also cites an unnamed Dolphins official who defended Incognito as a “model citizen.”

Cammy Cam loves the kids (:40).

Quote:
Reporter: Watching you after three different touchdowns give the ball to three different kids. I know what they get out of it, what do you get out of that?

Cam: [Laughing.] I'm a kid at heart. Cammy Cam loves the kids. But you know on a serious note, it just gets everybody in this thing. Involved with the game. We need everybody's effort, including everybody in B.O.A. [Stadium], to continue to keep showin' up and showin' out.

Reporter: Did you just say 'Cam loves the kids'? Is that the slogan now?

Cam: [Correcting the reporter.] Cammy Cam loves the kids.

In what universe were the Titans and Bills games easy wins?

everyone is learning 1 by 1 that 1 week 17 game against a 2nd and 3rd tier roster with an elite offense does not change the fact that he's horrible

Lol lafail.

Seriously though, Cam needs to do a better job with his finesse throws. When he guns it in there on slant routes, etc and lafell or smith drops it, its not all his fault. Last week was better, but he still overthrows the ball a ton. I thought lafell had a solid game, with the exception being the fumble that was miracled right back into his hands.
