Line seems about right, I actually like the Texans with Hoyer. Dunno how huge that LT injury is going to turn out though.

Chefs are also simply a lot better than last year. Finished 10th in DVOA last year and 2nd this year. Should be interesting I guess.

Clowney expected to play Sunday.

From just looking at the teams this year, you are absolutely right though, I don't see how the Texans win barring the chiefs turning the ball over
i would have felt similarly until the royals this year

line seems fine to me

hoyer is still capable of flashes of semicompetence unlike all their other options who i was hoping we would play

it will be an annoying and lol loss if it happens but i think i'll prob get over it easier than the last few times

I think the Chiefs are also one of the better matchups for the Texans. At the end of the day the Texans kind of like to run the ball to set up their pass game. I feel like they suffer a lot against teams that can be explosive.

Chief feel like a very well balanced grind it out type of team but don't have such a high chance of going bang-bang-bang there goes your run game.

Both coaches did a very solid job btw. (after WTF is happening kind of starts). One of the commentators during the last Texans game said they build towards the strengths of their players...that's certainly what it feels like at times. I was more than ready to call Bill O'Brien an idiot after the QB switching but I have gained quite a bit of respect for him.
Always liked Reid despite his idiotic ingame decisions at times. I still think he has to be one of the best "away from the game with more time to think" type of coaches.

Ideal AFC post season for me is...

Houston beats KC
Bengals with McCarron beat the Steelers because it will secretly chap Dalton's ass

Houston beats Denver with Peyton
Bengals with McCarron beat New England because it will visibly chap Dalton's ass

Houston beats the Bengals with Dalton starting. JJ Watt makes another Red Ryder BB Gun comment. Dalton's lawn mower achieves escape velocity.

Mallett, Weeden, hell I cant even remember the other 2 non-Hoyer starters this year.

With Hoyer throwing to Hopkins, and JJ Watt, they have a puncher's chance. Duane Brown dying is a big loss, though. Their run game also improved to serviceable from worst I've ever seen at the beginning of the year.

Hopefully they bench Clowney for Mercilus though. Reid will plan circles around Chinhole, though. Stadium will be loud af when Captain Checkdown has the ball.

Cousins is evidently pretty good at getting the ball out quickly and also partly why he throws (or threw?) lots of picks. The oline has been without their starting left guard for the year and their starting center for quite a while. Hard to imagine it's really Callahan or the oline making a huge impact on the sack total relative to last season.
Yea he gets it out crazy fast and makes some LOL picks because of it. Jordan Reed getting healthy has helped as well. Dude can't block but damn can he give any defender a stutter step and get open fast for Captain Kirk. His footwork is unreal.

Jake Ryan trying to cover Jordan Reed will be laughable.

Chargers depth at the end of the Broncos game, I knew it was bad all season but holy ****.

And #1 seed Broncos were losing in the 4th quarter to what was leftover
