Not really. Assume the Steelers score the two TDs and make the PATs.

If you go for 2:

Make it- you win 75% of the time (50% Steelers convert * 50% win in OT)

Miss it- you win 0% of the time.

If you don't go for 2:

You win 50% of the time.

So the break-even conversion needed from the 1 is 66.66%. (It's slightly less than that since PATs are not 100%.

Obviously health is a factor so Brown is a much safer option than a handful of hte guys in list 1, but he's not a better WR when they're healthy. I think he's about = Cobb. Def better than Hilton tho.

Don't see how the 8-12 range is unreasonable at all.
