Bronco Mendenhall had his introductory press conference at Virginia this morning. First impression is phenomenal. Really impressive guy. No coach-speak in that press conference - he seems to think very differently than a lot of coaches.

One thing I liked was that he takes 1.5 hours to himself each day to unwind, de-stress, etc., and that it's "non-negotiable." That's pretty cool to me.
