I wouldn't expect much even with those 2. I still saw zero post moves, face up game, nothing out of JMM other than effort put backs and rebounding, and he finally learned to quit consistently missing the most gimmee baskets a player can consistently take. I think most if his success came due to Marshall's incredible passing and ability to set his teammates up at all the right spots, and Zeller commanding an extra defender. JMM trying to create all on his own was a disaster to watch. It will be a solid enough rotation to hopefuly never repeat what the 3 pussies that will be on UCLA's team lead us to, but it will prob get bounced in the 2nd round at best. Basically a good year for Maryland is what we're looking at

spoiler alert for duke next season:

Spoiler:
Duke will likely be totally dependent on the 3pt shot again next year.

The ACC might be almost as bad as the Pac12 next year. Who's going to be the fave to win the conference? Everybody is going to suck.

NC St will be the Texas A&M (hot preseason pick) of this year's Big12 and then UNC or Duke will win it. Yawn.

whoa, whoa, it might be a down year but there's no need for that kind of language.

Michigan #8 in that ranking, but #4 in the Big Ten, impressive conference.

Hoping Wake gets relevant again in these next couple years. We have a top recruiting class coming in but have managed to lose 8 players to transfer/dismissal since we hired Bzdelik two years ago sigh.

I got great news. SDSU will return to top 15 next year. We lose our 2 poor bigs and have a huge class coming in.

As long as you have your current coach, you will be irrelevant. The guy is the nut low. He has never won and still has a job in a major conference on a relevant team. Bzdelik should really never be a HC at any college or pro team ever. But since he's friends with the AD he could be there for a while.

prop bet Maryland vs Butler getting further in next year's NCAA tourney?

Yeah I know, it's so tilting. There is a huge uproar in the Wake community, everyone wants him gone, except his buddy Ron the AD.

He's a 5th year senior. He got hurt last year and was granted a medical redshirt or whatever the hell it's called.

Even though I live in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area and get many opportunities to go to college basketball games, the last one I went to was the IU/Maryland NCAA championship game in Atlanta at the Georgia Dome ten years ago.

Next year's Final Four is back in Atlanta and I fully expect IU to be there. I guess that's the next college game I will attend.

Gonna be hard to get tickets for that one.

People shouldn't assume that Noel to UK is a done deal. Syracuse has a couple things going for it.

1) Noel & Michael carter-williams are buddies
2) Noel played the entire HS all star game over the weekend with SU's other 2 commits.
3) lolfab melo is gone.

why wouldn't have noel signed much earlier unless he was waiting for melo to leave cuse. isn't the calling card most of the top 5 guys who are waiting are waiting for the UK guys to clear so that spots open. you could keep waiting for noel, but I'm pretty sure everyone else knows where he is going.
