seems like a pretty good core to me. No item amongst your proposed trades (excepting the impossible Lonzo for Brogdon) makes any sense at all.
Jabari sucks and has to get paid.
Brogdon is going to have zero surplus value after next offseason - he is going to get paid (probably) more than he is worth. (If they can extend him this offseason at a reasonable price ($8-10 million/year) I would be fine with it. But, there is no way he accepts that.)
That core you mentioned above is absolutely horrible to surround Giannis with. There is no shooting and Jabari is actually a net negative because he thinks he is better than Giannis and sucks up possessions that are better served with Giannis.
You saw what the Bucks median outcome is with Bledsoe, Middleton, Parker, Brogdon & Giannis. Bledsoe & Middleton aren't getting any better. Brogdon has some upside but not much.
They need to be proactive and trade Parker, Bledsoe, Middleton & Brogdon before they enter cap hell.
The idea is to have younger assets with contracts that expire after 2020. So you will have max space+ in 2020 and your roster will be peaking at the right time.
Also, I think it's obvious I don't want Dwight. He is salary filler because I think the Bucks should dump Snell & Henson. I want to get rid of Snell because he doesn't expire until 2021.
I think it's hilarious that you think that is a bad deal. Snell and Henson are net negatives on their contracts. Parker is soon to be a net negative at $17 million/year.
Monk has legit upside and the Bucks are essentially giving up nothing of value in that trade. They also get the benefit of getting off Snell's contract.
The Bucks need to surround Giannis with guys who can defend and shoot 3's. Jabari & Bledsoe are pointless. Brogdon serves a purpose but he is about to get paid. Middleton has peaked and has to be paid next offseason. Those guys are better used on teams who want to compete for a title next year than they are on the Bucks. They might as well get value for them before it's too late.
If the Bucks can open up max cap space someone will want to come play with Giannis.
