If the Knicks really did consider shipping STAPS earlier they deserve a solid wave of LOLs

what a surprise, the lowlife has no respect for exit interviews

These are easy games. The Knicks are playing at home, at 60%-effort for the first 3/4 and then ... KP exists and Frank just locks down the opposing PG and ba-ding 15pt switch. Assumably they'll lose on the road. & maybe they'll fall off a cliff again and nose-dive into the lottery. But I don't see how to really extrapolate that now - beyond the obvious fact that they'll be screwed if Porzingis gets injured.

Obviously the refereeing is capricious and arbitrary ... but I do think KP is building a body of work of ~30pt games that those taps on his elbow whilst he shoots - which aren't being called now - are going to be factored in to the whistles at some point. One already sees something similar with some of the off the ball fouls, perhaps.

Jokic is great.

But - and here you'll have to excuse me because it's too late at night for me to be doing the research - this is against the Nets, right? and at home? and it is on the second night of a back-to-back for the Nets?

Ofc, I agree, all of the Knicks fans itt haven't been similarly discounting for their running 6-1 including a long home stretch.

I feel bad for any fans of a team that's carrying Chandler Parson's corpse

Chandler has actually been really good this season. After a ZOMG awful last season.

He has? I have to say this is the first time I've seen him play this year. I was basing my comment mostly on hearing the booth say that he can't play back to backs.

I'm still not entirely clear on how SAC got a brand new arena. The Kings STINK, but I guess it's one of those things where somehow the math looked right after throwing around huge figures and stuff like "visitor cash influx" or "business epicenter". The city ponied up like $220 million.

LOL PER but his career has been around ~16, last year 7 but this year 22 and 65% TS%. I don't like the guy at all but he's been better albeit in limited minutes, 17 a game.

NOOOOOO. They just did a story on the local POR broadcast about the youngish, bearded guy who always sat courtside, apparently he just passed away from cancer. Then they cut to BRoy swooner in his seat saying that's his sister. RIP dude everyone always saw on Blazer broadcasts.

I thought she was always sitting with a sorta busted chunk-lookin fellow. Do you mean him? RIP dude.

Wonder if BRoy swooner is as well known in the nbaverse as it is here. Like if we get Haralbob to tweet it will 80% of his followers know who he means?

Yeah I'm 98% sure you're thinking of the same guy.

I'm pretty sure BRoy swooner is a me having a crush on her having a crush on BRoy thing. I've never seen anything to indicate people would know anything about that outside of here.

parsons only became bad b/c of injury. if he is healthy he'll prob continue to be good, but his injury issues seem chronic?

Westbrook justgot fouled on a jump shot and somehow ended up with a flagrant 1. Wtf is going on in the nba.

Was it similar to the Melo one? I've seen a lot of heat over that one but to me it seemed pretty clear he wasn't making a basketball play and just wanted to clock Nurkic. Then the ball somehow goes in so I guess that proves he's on the up and up.

Lmao at how bad OKC are playing. The body language of their starters is embarrassing. Will still likely win this game but they are drawing dead against the Warriors. Melo is one bad apple for team chemistry and that will never change.

This was worse. Westbrook went up for a jump shot. Bogdanovic closed out hard. Pushed Russ in the stomach both go down. Bogdanovic acts like he got hit in the eye by russels shooting hand = flagrant 1 on Westbrook. Replay shows there didn’t even appear to be contact.

No Embiid, no worries. Turns out Utah's strat of miss every shot and hope for awful calls for free throws wasn't a good one.

Aside from Parsons MEM is one of those teams that seems almost impossible to hate on in my opinion.

Listening to the okc booth and l o l. They've resorted to blaming the refs for losing vs the Kings and their other losses this season.

I wonder who is more cancerous Boogie or Melo?
