Missed a few days, anything interesting?

Here's Nash's sick pass between Boozer's legs from last night.

pretty much sums up the entire year. Makes me sick

Suns entire year can be summed up in 3 words: no power forward

I figured out what the suns should do if there's nba next season. (i know this probably won't happen).

Sign and trade Warrick, Pietrus, Lopez for Zach Randolph or David West. Then sign Jrich or Thorton.
04-06-2011 , 06:18 PM
David West is a package deal with Ariza and Willie Green, sorry bro.

A story on NBA.com says LeDunk signed with Fenway Sports Marketing and that he also now owns a small stake in the Liverpool soccer club.

I wonder if that means his old manager is out?

also on bobbo's article on rondo

rondo def brings this team down on offense, even if hes slightly above average on offense for a pg a) he plays for a contender, no one cares about being slightly above average or slightly positive. that **** gets u the 6th seed and a 1st round playoff exit. if ur a perimeter player u either need to be a top 3-4 offensive player at ur position or a really good shooter who knows ur role or else u bring the offense down for a contending team

of course rondo is the best option we have at pg since our backups are even worse on offense. however there are a good amount of pgs around the league we could sub in and have a better offense.
04-06-2011 , 06:26 PM
its incredible how the Rondo worm has turned around these parts
04-06-2011 , 06:29 PM
about time, was hilarious when ppl were arguing rondo > pierce.

since ppl always brag, i was pretty much the only boston homer/tz reg who was somewhat anti-rondo a year ago

Good job Josh

this week in "making stuff up as I go" by Epipen111111

edit: players who hurt their team by this definition off the top of my head

Westbrook
Iggy
Rudy Gay
Stuckey
Roy
Gerald Wallace
Dre Miller
Devin Harris
Deron Williams (if you don't have him "top 3-4")
John Wall

Rondo is good but his offensive game is clearly very streaky (possibly for psychological reasons). Epis analysis is lacking.

almost all the players in ur edit can at least hit a midrange shot if left open at a respectable rate. heck some of them are even decent/good 3pt shooters (deron/roy/gay)

some of those players would bring down a contending teams offense tho (stuckey and wall especially)
04-06-2011 , 07:05 PM
is there a gameday thread and i just cant find it?

would be nice for us not to suck tonight

not close to what you originally said

.355/.352/.352 career. and again, "decent" not at all what you originally said.

if u can only name 11 nba players out of the entire pg/sg/sf positions then i'd say my generalization is really good esp considering some of those guys u listed (wall/stuckey) would bring down almost any contending offense if forced to start over their counterpart and deron is prob top 3-4 on offense for pg's. also rudy gay is a really good shooter (39.6% from 3), so u really only named 7 legit examples and even some of those legit ones would make contenders worse than their counterpart player.

"Booz told me how he had this massive house ... blue fountain waves kind of came down streaming water that led to the front door and all this great stuff," Williams said recently on "The Waddle & Silvy Show" on ESPN 1000. "And I remember him calling me, 'Dude, you will never guess, I rode past my house like three times, I had no idea it was my house.'

"Supposedly, Prince changed the front gate to the Prince sign, he changed the master bedroom to a hair salon, he changed the streaming blue waters that led to the front door to purple water, he knocked out walls, he changed the molding on top of the ceiling. Booz was livid. So pissed off, so angry ... He put his Purple Rain stamp on it ... Booz was like, 'I was getting ready to go over there and beat this little man down.' And dude was just like 'Here, Boozer, here is a little check for about a million, it'll take care of everything, get it back the way you want it.' And Booz was like, 'This little man is cool as hell.'"
