I totally agree, anyone that interferes with a ball in play should be removed from the stadium.
How it should be done: Tap the guy on the shoulder and tell him he's got to go, then if that doesn't work get the real stadium patrol.
How it shouldn't be done: Run into the stands talking into your hand like you're Secret Service and you just found John Hinckley III with an uzi at the game. In the process ripping a baseball from a kid's hand as if it's a Faberge egg stolen from the Crown Princess.
I'm more against the methods used by the cowboy security guard, that's all.
