As MLB.com’s Sarah Langs noted, there had been only four walk-off homers when trailing in postseason history, and only two of those four came with two outs, and only Alvarez’s also came while behind multiple runs.

What is the reasoning behind the division series always being 5 games? The one league that would actually benefit from milking their postseason. Now that we have a best of 3 preceding it, the excuse that it would make the postseason go to late is out the window. Play 7 ****ing games!

I figured they would too but it's been 26 years at this point.

They want to add more playoff games and their solution instead of just making the ds best of 7 was to water down the regular season even further.

Castillo has really risen to the occasion. Won game 1 versus Toronto. Think this year is his 1st playoff experience.
