Huston Street is the only reliever I can think of off the top of my head that ever pitches out of the windup. Kinda interesting.

That Orgendorfer guy on the Rangers has an awesome windup.

Oh yeah, Ohlendorf is Paul Byrd'ing it out there. Hes a converted starter.

I don't remember all the details, but he's supposedly a genius who wrote a really sick college thesis.

lol at u.

every pitcher in baseball would give up a pinky to be able to pitch like Kershaw did tonight.
zomg he gave up one solo shot in the middle of striking out 12 n giving up 4 hits.

ppl hating on Kershaw can EAD.

Some people in life are snake bitten. Kershaw just has some bad luck.

Love hearing the radio talking heads talk about Kershaw, Price, and Randy Johnson not being clutch in the playoffs. I'd take those 3 guys on my staff for 5 years and I would feel pretty good about my odds of shipping a few WS.

This playoffs has been epic already. Every game/series has had big swongs already. Nobody has put anybody away yet. Great drama. Mouthbreathing managers abound. WOAT announcing. GOAT young players.

Yeah like virtually everything in life, most people greatly underestimate the relevance/importance of sample size and variance.

With the fall of the Cardinals, here's the last time the remaining teams won a WS:

Toronto 1993
Dodgers 1988
Mets 1986
Royals 1985
Cubs 1908
Astros NEVER
Rangers NEVER

Wow.

Cubs are only EIGHT wins away. Hard to believe but it's true. Pretty sure you guys would prefer playing the Dodgers right?

I really hate when they're called the Cubbies. Just another thing that makes them less of a baseball team and more of whatever bull****.

Even i have to admit I love a lot of the current roster though.
