Pete Rose obviously has caught the Asian Fever. I like it.

In other news, Jason Bay has only two extra base hits since June 28. Good god.

My favorite part is when he jumps into the stands then decides "nahhhh lets go back onto the field." Like he was going to get away hahaha.

I like how right at the end it looks like the ump tells the kid to stop running and he immediately does.

What's up with Joe Madden and his shifts, does he get some kind of special playbook from the stat nerds in Tampa? I can't think of another MLB manager that uses shifts as often or in such a novel way.

lol the cops in Baltimore are so lazy. they only give a half-hearted chase midway in the video. not even a chase, just a brisk walk.

+1 If it wasn't for the umpire he probably could have run for another 10 minutes.

I wonder what that umpire said. He clearly said something and the guy agreed.

Also, he didn't "decide" to go back on the field, so much as the big guy who blocked the aisle decided for him.

He could have gotten around. He quit to easily there. But it was epic how he turned around instantaneously.

sanchez is so painful to watch pitch. up 0-2/1-2 all the time and just walks everyone or throws 11 pitch at bats

Also worth noting that it takes enormous balls to pull something like this considering the philly fan who got tasered like a month or two ago. Kid clearly has a huge brass set.

He definitely did not expect to be out there that long, not too surprising that he ran out of material after the "round 2nd, touch 3rd" bit, and the "jump back into the stands and then immediately get back on the field, much to the crowd's delight". It's pretty understandable that he just gave up like that, the only thing he could have done would be to juke around the cop and do something like slide into home plate. I think the crowd would have lost it if he managed to do that.
