With 1 out, down 7-3, and a runner on 1st in the top of the 6th, Dusty Baker elected to leave his relief pitcher in and ask him to sac bunt. Lololol.

Eta: he obv looked terrible trying to bunt and struck out.

9, but whose counting? I bet a lot of monies on Braves in pre-season and alot of xprts were high on them. The crappy beginning of the season makes this much more exciting, esp since I decided not to buy out in the middle of the downswing.

Any Mets fans here? Perez is making $12 million this season and is owed another $12 million next year, too. He has a contract that allows block the Mets from assigning him to Triple-A, which he has already done once this season because he doesn’t think he would benefit from facing minor-league hitters. lol NY fans should be eating this guy up.

Don't you pull the infield back and set in DP depth in that situation (re: Jays game) with a guy like Jaso at the plate?

Same here. Added even more last night too, 30:1 to take the ship and 15:1 to take the NL on Bodog were ******ed. Already down to 22:1 and 9:1

lol loney

How is that a balk? it looked like he just stepped off. Did I miss something?

hard to imagine a team failing harder than the dbacks

double error to give up two runs in the bottom of the 8th to make it 4-4

then a walk off balk with a man on 3rd and 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th

Just watching on Gameday, but that looked like a pretty ****ed up finish.

Why was Loney's slow ass trying to steal 3rd?

I've never seen a walkoff balk.

Re: Loney

the 3rd baseman left the bag open (was walking towards the mound) and Loney thought he could get there

Does Loney not know that he is a very very slow human being? I guess that makes sense, anyway.

Pretty sweet gift, though the KJ error was due to Ethiar's incredible clutch-english on that ball.

After Loney got tagged he realized what a monumentally ******ed decision it was and ran full speed into the dugout and then into the clubhouse.
