I do think we should confirm non of the solo owners are in non USA time zones.

ABBABA. No incoming rookies. We're drafting for 5 years, first year being next season. Players come as they are expected to be at the beginning of next season injury wise. Trading is allowed. If you're not going to be on periodically you should pick up a co-owner (we have 2 or 3 still wanting to co-own). 2 hour pick window so PM'ing lists may be necessary for some. Dead zone: 12pm EST to 10am EST.

17 teams would be fine if non-fiction and Doc DOS pair and Jake joins Debo.

I am UK based btw, but am up til the early hours here so would only be asleep for the last few hours in the evening window. But with 2 hour slots, if mine is coming up i can PM someone my pick if needed, or just skip me and i'll post it in the morning.

If people feel strongly against it then i'll ok having a co-owner but its never been a problem in the various other drafts i have been in.

Does the person we draft for HC have to be a head coach now? Or can we draft a offensive/defensive coordinator?

I wouldn't rig the RAND but we can do a live RAND on skype screen share or we could get one of the guys not involved in the skype chat to do it.

Gonna give non-fiction a little bit of time while I get some food. If he doesn't show up by then let's roll with 16 and Doc DOS can join a current owner.

How does Skype screen share work? Sounds like it would destroy somebody's bandwidth.
