I think the window for this first round of slot selections should be like 30 or 60 min. if you don't pick one you just get the first available.

Ya 30m window for drafting of draft slots. We'll prob RAND in 1.5 hrs. So hopefully we got the order draft going in 2 hrs from now. If you won't be on you can PM me, or anybody really with your preferred draft slot order.

If you miss your draft slot window you will be skipped but free to come in and pick at any time after.

If by the end of the draft slot draft we have multiple teams skipped or whatever they will just take the remaining slots in the order they were randed. Those teams could potentially be assigned co-owners if there are any left over.

the first round of "picks" is just selecting draft slots.

so we are randing and then whoever gets first overall gets to select the draft slot of their choice, they don't necessarily have to take the first overall pick.

if someone isn't around to select their draft slot then they just get first available.

The RAND is going to make a list 1-16. The guy at #1 gets to pick any spot in the draft he wants to pick at. He could pick the 1st slot, a middle slot, etc.

I'll be back in a bit to finalize things and start the RAND - we can do that on skype screen share.

May as well do it this way because we need people to sign in. If we just RAND and go and somebody doesn't show we're gonna be waiting anyways. I'd rather figure out if somebodys not gonna show before the actual draft starts so we can get them a replacement.
