Last night Spain scrimmaged against Tunisia, which is a team a lot like Morocco, and looked terrible through 70 minutes. That's all normal and means nothing. Then yanked Silva and Rodgrigo, put in Costa, and Asensio, and a bit later yanked Alba for Aspas, to have only 3 defenders and something like two strikers and double pivot, and they scored a few minutes later when Costa made a run and tapped it back to Aspas. Point is simply that Lopetegui is capable of making adjustments and has chosen players to be able to play different styles in a way that might matter against these Morocco/Tunisias style teams (that are hard to beat).
I'd expect to see games where Spain plays 60 min in the standard boring Spain way, trying to control possession, hoping Silva or Iniesta creates some danger up front, and then, if it isn't working, attacks with much more verticality and some combination of Aspas/Costa/Asensio for the last 20-30 minutes.
