I think from a strategic point of view oil money owners should hammer the next few windows given how much uncertainty is in the market and selling clubs happy to cash in.
Werner, Ziyech, Havertz and a LB would be a very good window, sure. Just don't think Chilwell is a particularly smart signing.
If FFP is dead and Roman is happy to splurge 2003 style then w/e, but I don't think that's the case though.
