FIFA (or UEFA) obviously ban any kind of state aid (If Real Madrid got a deal like WH, we'd never hear the end of it), so this one may still have some mileage left to run.
Will be interesting to see how much WH charge for tickets and if they have to give any away to fill the ground.
The stadium deal went out to tender. We won with what they saw to be the best bid. I would have thought all the shady stuff would have come out through the information gained when Spurs hired those blokes to go rummaging through people's bins.
The government built itself a white elephant. Nobody wants it, apart from two shysters that are happy to send us to a dog's breakfast of a stadium.
The **** tickets will be virtually given away to local schools etc. It should make for a rip-roaring atmosphere, I'm sure you'll agree.
